How to decarbonise?
And how we minimise carbon emission via multiple process?
Localisation
Less import, more domestic products
Renewable energy
Trending to off-grid or on/off-grid
Upcycle
Reuse, regenerate necessary ingredients
What we did so far
DIY feeds
Utilizing the expertise to blend suitable food waste and black soldier fly larvae (BSFL) for their protein content, along with an appropriate meat component, to create an optimal fish feed using locally available resources.
Enzyme
By employing salmon waste and mango as the foundational components and fine-tuning their proportions, a water-enhancing enzyme can be formulated for application in fish ponds, eliminating the need for chemical additives in regenerative fish farming
BSFL
Black soldier fly larvae (BSFL) as live feed or dried BSFL as the core protein ingredient to adopt with vegetable and meat waste which are the core nutrient for fish and crustaceans. Decarbonisation is via the elimination of food waste and localisation of feed production.
Sensors
Using Internet of Things (IoT) sensors for water monitoring, advanced deep learning technologies can analyse seasonal trends, enabling us to refine farming techniques and develop the ideal recipe for specific fish and crustaceans, or even the integration of multiple species inside the same farming area.
Solar
Renewable energy can reduce a large amount of grid power in operations. Solar and wind are the most common solution to go off-grid and solar panels can even contribute as shading to reduce heat.
